Kelly’s Delight Rib Rub
Ingredients
- 1oz Montreal Steak Seasoning
- 1/2oz Pork Rub
- 2oz Kelly’s Delight
Directions
Mix ingredients together. Brush mix on front and back of the rack of ribs. Grill at 225-250 (least direct heat) for 1.5-2 hours or until internal temperature is between 150-180.
