Kelly’s Mojito
Ingredients
- 1.5oz White Rum
- 1oz Kelly’s Delight
- 6 mint leafs
- 2 wedges of lime
- 2oz soda
Directions
In pint glass add and squeeze the lime wedges, mint, and Kellys Delight.
Muddle for a few second then add rum and give a shake.
Top with ice and fill with soda water.
Pour into a shaker tin then back into the pint glass, do not shake with the soda water.
Garnish with lime.
